The common architecture was simple to describe—two 30ml bottles packed together—but demanding to execute. A repeatable process had to preserve efficiency without treating distinct customers as one interchangeable product.

Step 1: Separate Every Formula and Customer Record
A shared bottle size does not prove a shared formula. Each project remained connected to its own approved specification, raw-material requirements, product concentration, appearance criteria and applicable release tests. KINODIN did not infer that two visually similar packs could use the same bulk material.
Customer-specific product codes and manufacturing documents reduced the risk of cross-project confusion. Components were identified against the correct order, and line clearance was completed when production changed from one brand or SKU to another.
Step 2: Tighten Controls for a 30ml Fill
Small-volume products require disciplined setup. The filling equipment must be adjusted for the formulation and target, then checked during production. An absolute variation that looks minor can represent a meaningful share of a 30ml pack, particularly when two bottles are displayed side by side.
KINODIN used approved in-process controls for the exact project. Operators monitored filling consistency, closure application and visible presentation where applicable. The objective was not only to keep individual units within specification but also to create a matched pair.
Step 3: Treat the Dispenser as Part of the Product System
The projects did not all present the product in exactly the same way. One confirmed configuration used a spray format, while another used a more targeted precision-dispensing presentation. That difference affected component selection, packing and functional review.
A spray component needs appropriate priming, output and pattern. A precision applicator requires controlled pickup or dispensing and a dependable seal. Both must fit the bottle neck and remain compatible with the actual formula. KINODIN therefore evaluated the complete formula–bottle–closure–applicator combination rather than approving a dispenser from appearance alone.
Step 4: Match Two Units as One Retail Product
Consumers see a twin pack as one coordinated purchase. Differences in label height, closure position, batch-code legibility or visible fill presentation can make an otherwise acceptable pair look inconsistent. The packing process therefore included comparison of both units before the carton was closed.
The outer pack also needed to protect both components. An insert or appropriately dimensioned carton reduced movement and helped keep bottles in the intended orientation. This was especially important when the dispensing parts differed in shape or height.
Step 5: Prevent Cross-Brand Component Mixing
Multi-client private label work introduces a risk that does not exist in a single-SKU campaign: two projects may share a black bottle or similar carton proportions while carrying entirely different formulas, labels and directions. Visual similarity cannot be used as the primary identification method.
KINODIN used project codes, approved samples, controlled material issue, line clearance and component reconciliation to preserve separation. Artwork version approval was particularly important because a label can fit perfectly and still belong to the wrong customer or regulatory file.
