We support established brands, e-commerce companies, distributors, salons and professional hair care businesses with formula development, product customization, packaging coordination, quality control and scalable production.
Our capabilities cover five core product systems: Hair Concealer, Hair Growth & Scalp Care, Hair Cleansing & Treatment, Hair Styling and Hair Color.
*Figures represent the combined resources and capabilities of KINODIN’s jointly operated manufacturing network. Production capacity varies by product category, formula, packaging format and production schedule.
KINODIN coordinates a jointly operated manufacturing network comprising five specialized production facilities in Guangdong, China.
Rather than relying on one general-purpose facility, different production resources are organized around selected hair care categories. This allows relevant product experience, equipment, filling methods and packaging capabilities to be matched to the requirements of each project.
Customers work with one KINODIN project team from product brief and sample development through packaging approval, production coordination, quality review and shipment preparation.
This structure combines category-specific manufacturing capabilities with centralized customer communication and project coordination.
Selected production facilities support hair concealers, scalp and hair care products, cleansing and treatment products, professional styling products and hair color products.
Our team supports formula selection, benchmark evaluation, ingredient direction, texture and fragrance adjustment, shade matching, packaging testing and sample preparation.
Product requirements, approved samples, packaging specifications, artwork, production schedules and quality expectations are coordinated through one KINODIN project team.
Our Core Product Categories
KINODIN supports brands developing individual products as well as coordinated hair care ranges across five core product systems.

PRODUCT SYSTEM 03

PRODUCT SYSTEM 04

The KINODIN showroom brings together formula samples, packaging formats, bottles, pumps, applicators, shades and finished-product references across our core hair care categories.
Customers can compare different product directions, evaluate packaging combinations and discuss how individual products can be developed into a coordinated private label range.
The showroom also helps identify practical options for faster launches, as well as opportunities for more customized formula and packaging development.
Quality control begins with the confirmed product requirements and continues through material review, filling, packaging and finished-product inspection.
The applicable quality procedures, testing items and documentation depend on the product category, formula, selected production facility and destination market.
Product development across the KINODIN network is supported by a 300 m² R&D laboratory and a library of more than 3,000 formula bases and development references.
Depending on the project, development may begin with an established formula platform, a modified base formula, a benchmark product or a new development brief.
Before recommending a development route, our team considers the target market, desired performance, ingredient direction, texture, fragrance, application method, packaging format, order quantity, budget and expected launch date.
Supports formula selection, ingredient evaluation, texture adjustment, fragrance development, shade matching and sample preparation according to the product brief.
GC-MS, HPLC and other appropriate analytical methods may be used for selected ingredients and formulation evaluations where applicable.
Relevant evaluation may include product appearance, color, odor, texture, pH, viscosity, stability and compatibility between the formula and packaging system.
Evaluation methods are selected according to the product category and intended performance, including application experience, finish, residue, hold, dispensing and other relevant characteristics.
Compliance Support
Certification and documentation availability depends on the product category, formula, selected manufacturing facility and destination market.
AVAILABLE INFORMATION
Depending on the project, available information may include applicable ISO 22716 or GMPC certification details, facility registration information, ingredient lists, product specifications, COA, MSDS, microbiological test reports and other relevant technical documents.
PROJECT-BASED SUPPORT
CPSR support, stability testing, additional laboratory testing and market-specific documentation can be evaluated according to the formula, order requirements and target country.
CLAIM REVIEW
Vegan formula options may be available for selected product categories. Any vegan, natural, organic, free-from or performance claim must be confirmed against the final approved formula and supporting information.
IMPORTANT REGULATORY NOTE
Customers should confirm local regulatory, labeling and product-claim requirements before final packaging artwork is approved.
How We Support Global Brands
KINODIN works with customers at different stages of product development. Some are launching their first private label product, while others are expanding an established range, improving an existing product or looking for a more specialized development and manufacturing partner.
Our role is to turn commercial requirements into a clear, approved and production-ready product specification.
STEP 01
Every project begins with the target product, consumer, market and sales channel. Customers may provide a benchmark product, ingredient direction, performance requirements, shade reference, packaging concept or target retail price.
Sampling may involve formula selection, texture adjustment, fragrance evaluation, shade matching, filling-weight confirmation and packaging compatibility review.
SPECIALIZED CAPABILITY
Hair building fibers, hairline powders and root touch-up products remain important areas of specialization for KINODIN.
Our experience covers different fiber materials, standard and custom shades, filling weights, refill formats, hold sprays, manual applicators, motorized application systems, powder textures, puffs, brushes and portable packaging.
These products require careful attention to shade accuracy, dispensing performance and compatibility between the product and its application system.
STEP 02
Packaging affects product performance, consumer experience, shipping cost and brand positioning.
Customers can select available packaging for a faster launch or discuss customized colors, printing, labels, cartons, applicators and product kits. Our team helps evaluate the commercial value, MOQ, cost and lead-time implications of each option.
GLOBAL SUPPORT
KINODIN supports brands and distributors serving Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa and the Middle East.
International projects may require market-specific shades, multilingual labels, different filling sizes, e-commerce kits, product documentation and packaging suitable for international shipping.
PRODUCTION STANDARD
Formula, shade, fragrance, filling weight, packaging components, artwork and commercial terms should be approved before mass production.
Approved samples and specifications provide the reference for production and repeat orders. Our objective is to help customers build products that can be manufactured consistently as their sales and product ranges grow.
Our Working Principles
Our working principles guide how we develop products, coordinate production and build long-term relationships with international hair care brands.
01
We remain focused on hair and scalp care, building deeper product knowledge across the categories we manufacture.
02
We communicate openly about technical feasibility, customization limits, MOQ, cost, lead time and documentation requirements.
03
Every product carries the reputation of the customer’s brand. We treat confirmed specifications, approved samples and production details as responsibilities, not formalities.
04
We respect customer formulas, brand information, packaging concepts and market plans. Customer projects and case information are not disclosed without appropriate permission.
05
Production experience, inspection results and customer feedback are used to improve formulas, packaging, processes and repeat-order consistency.
06
Our objective is not only to complete one order, but to support products that can earn consumer acceptance and grow with the customer’s brand.
Focused on Hair Care. Built for Global Brands.
From product concept to consistent production, KINODIN works as an extension of the customer’s product development and manufacturing team.
