HAIR BUILDING FIBERS + DEDICATED HOLD SPRAY

Private Label Hair Fiber & Hold Spray 2-in-1 Kit

KINODIN develops private label 2-in-1 hair concealer kits that combine a bottle of hair building fibers with a separately formulated fiber hold spray. The system is designed for brands, distributors, salons and e-commerce retailers seeking coordinated coverage and styling products in one retail pack. Projects may include keratin or cotton fiber selection, nine standard shade directions, hold-spray formulation review, compatible bottles and pumps, retail boxes, instructions and finished-system testing. Humidity, light-moisture and transfer performance must be evaluated under defined conditions before related claims are used. The kit provides temporary cosmetic coverage and styling support; it does not prevent hair loss or stimulate growth.

    COMPONENT 1

    COMPONENT 2
Dedicated Fiber Hold SprayA separate liquid styling product with its own specification.

What “2-in-1” Means on This Page

The term identifies two finished products sold together: a dry hair building fiber and a liquid fiber hold spray. It does not mean that adhesive has been mixed into the fibers, that one powder performs two treatment functions or that a spray applicator is included automatically.

Each component requires its own formula or material specification, packaging, net-content declaration, directions, warnings and quality controls. The assembled kit then requires additional compatibility, component-count and retail-pack checks.

Publish only as a real two-component SKU The product images, quotation, specification and shipment must contain both the fiber bottle and the dedicated hold spray. A single powder bottle cannot use this positioning.

How This Kit Differs from Other Hair Fiber Pages

Product page Verified structure Primary purchasing intent
This 2-in-1 kit Hair fibers + liquid fiber hold spray Coverage and styling system
Applicator kit Hair fibers + manual dry-fiber applicator Directed placement
Standard fiber bottle One fiber bottle with sifter Core cosmetic coverage SKU
Bulk local-filling page Bulk fibers + optional empty components Regional filling and supply-chain model
    12g / 15g / 27.5g pages Size-specific fiber bottle Compact, standard or professional capacity

    Select the Hair Building Fiber

The coverage component may use documented keratin-based hair building fibers or cotton-derived hair building fibers. Material selection affects texture, bulk density, bottle capacity, sifter output, brand positioning and documentation.

The approved fiber specification may cover identity, source, composition, colorants, dimensions, moisture, bulk density, static behavior, flow and batch traceability. Do not leave the material field as “Not Specified” on the finished product page or artwork.

Develop the Dedicated Fiber Hold Spray

The second component is a liquid styling spray intended for use after fiber application. Its formulation should be evaluated for spray pattern, droplet size, drying behavior, residue, feel, odor, interaction with the selected fibers and compatibility with the bottle and pump. It should not be described as an adhesive mixed into the fiber powder.

Formula, fragrance, alcohol direction, film-forming system and other attributes depend on the development brief and destination market. Any formula change may affect drying, appearance, fiber movement, pump output and claims. Review KINODIN's custom formulation process.

    Humidity and Light-Moisture Performance

The original “waterproof” wording should be replaced with defined system evaluation. A cosmetic hair fiber and spray kit may be assessed under specified humidity, light-moisture, movement or transfer conditions, but test design, application quantity, drying time, hair substrate, exposure and scoring method must be recorded.

Results apply only to the tested fiber shade, spray formula, application sequence and conditions. They should not be expanded automatically into waterproof, sweatproof, rainproof or all-day claims. A system that performs acceptably under high humidity may not withstand immersion or heavy rain.

    Finished-System Testing Matrix

Evaluation Example variables What it can support
Application compatibility Fiber amount, spray distance, number of pumps and drying time Directions and system consistency
Humidity exposure Temperature, relative humidity, exposure period and visual scoring Defined humidity-performance wording
Light-moisture exposure Droplet amount, distance, drying and observation method Only the exact tested exposure condition
Transfer assessment Contact material, pressure, cycles and scoring Comparative transfer observations
Removal Wash method and residue observation Appropriate removal directions

    Application Sequence and Instructions

Directions may instruct users to apply the fibers gradually to clean, dry and styled hair, adjust the visible coverage, then apply a light and even mist of the approved hold spray from the validated distance. The spray should be allowed to dry before touching or further styling.

Exact quantities, pump count, spray distance, drying time, warnings and removal instructions must follow finished-system evaluation and destination-market review. The website should not promise complete coverage in a fixed number of seconds or universal use for every hair and scalp condition.

    Nine Standard Shade Directions

KINODIN's confirmed standard system contains Black, Dark Brown, Medium Brown, Light Brown, Dark Blonde, Medium Blonde, Light Blonde, Gray and White. A brand may launch fewer colors or request custom matching using a physical reference.

The selected hold spray should be checked with representative light and dark shades because residue, shine or visual movement may appear differently. Physical samples establish shade approval; printed color blocks support navigation but are not exact fiber references. See KINODIN's color matching process.

    Two-Component Packaging Development

The kit requires a fiber bottle with compatible sifter and cap, plus a hold-spray bottle with a suitable pump and closure. Net contents, component dimensions, label areas, coding and transport requirements are confirmed separately before designing the combined retail box.

The carton and insert should keep both products secure, present the correct application order and prevent the spray pump from accidental activation. Shade identification, barcode, batch coding and component count must agree across bottle labels, carton and shipping case. Review KINODIN's packaging development service.

    Optional Applicator and Expanded Kit

A manual hair fiber applicator or hairline optimizer may be added as a third component when the brand wants more directed fiber placement. The product should then be described as an expanded kit rather than continuing to call every configuration 2-in-1.

The applicator requires bottle-neck, adapter, nozzle and fiber compatibility checks. Adding it changes the retail insert, carton dimensions, component count, MOQ and assembly inspection.

    Quality Control for Both Components

The fibers and hold spray should be controlled as separate products before the kit is assembled. The finished retail pack then receives additional checks against the approved master sample and component list.

    Control area Example checks Purpose
Hair fibers Material identity, shade, dimensions, moisture, flow, net content and sifter output Control coverage component consistency
Hold spray Appearance, odor, viscosity where relevant, spray pattern, fill, closure and stability Control styling component quality
System compatibility Application sequence, drying, residue, visual appearance and defined performance tests Support directions and permitted claims
Assembled kit Component count, shade ID, coding, label, insert, carton fit and integrity Release the correct retail SKU

See KINODIN's quality control process for wider project controls.

    Claims and Product Boundaries

Appropriate wording may describe temporary cosmetic scalp concealment, a fuller-looking appearance and the hold spray's role within the styling routine. The kit should not claim to treat or prevent hair loss, repair follicles, stimulate growth or provide a biological benefit.

Waterproof, sweatproof, rainproof, all-day, no-transfer, no-clumping, organic, non-irritating and safe-for-sensitive-scalp claims must be removed unless the exact finished system and appropriate evidence support them. “Best selling” should also be removed unless verified sales data defines the market, period and comparison.

    Documentation Support

Available documents may include fiber material specifications, colorant information, hold-spray ingredient information, finished-product specifications, certificates of analysis, safety data information where applicable, packaging specifications, stability records, system-test reports and selected quality documents. Availability depends on the approved fiber, spray formula, containers and destination market.

The document checklist should distinguish the two component products and the assembled kit. The buyer remains responsible for trademark ownership, final artwork, responsible-party details, local notification or registration and advertising requirements.

    Samples, MOQ and Lead Time

Sampling should evaluate the selected fiber shades, fiber bottle and sifter, hold-spray formula, spray bottle and pump, application compatibility and combined retail package. A pre-production kit should show both approved components, labels, instructions and carton.

MOQ depends on fiber material, quantity per shade, fiber bottle, spray formula, spray packaging, labels, cartons, inserts, system testing and documents. Lead time is confirmed after both components and artwork are approved. Review KINODIN's MOQ and sampling guidance.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in the 2-in-1 kit?

The product contains one hair building fiber bottle and one separately formulated fiber hold spray. Final sizes and packaging are confirmed in the project specification.

Is the hold spray the same as a fiber applicator?

No. Hold spray is a liquid styling product. A fiber applicator is a dry dispensing accessory and is optional unless specifically included.

Can the fibers be keratin or cotton?

Yes. The selected material must be confirmed and evaluated with the intended bottle, sifter, shade and hold spray.

    Is the finished kit waterproof?

No universal waterproof claim is made. Performance can be evaluated under defined humidity, light-moisture or transfer conditions for the exact finished system.

Can the hold spray formula be customized?

Formula direction can be reviewed according to the target market, performance brief, packaging and documentation requirements.

How many fiber shades are available?

KINODIN's confirmed system contains nine standard shade directions. Custom matches may be evaluated using physical references.

Can an applicator be added to the kit?

Yes. It then becomes an expanded three-component system and requires applicator compatibility, packaging and component-count review.

Does this kit treat hair loss?

No. It provides temporary cosmetic concealment and styling support and does not prevent shedding, treat alopecia or change hair growth.

    What determines the MOQ?

MOQ depends on fiber material, shades, two packaging systems, spray formula, labels, cartons, inserts, testing and document requirements.
