There is no single MOQ for every hair care product. The practical order quantity depends on the formula, packaging, production method and how the order is divided across products, sizes, shades and designs.

The appropriate sample depends on whether you are evaluating product performance, developing a formula, selecting packaging or confirming the final product before production.
Evaluate an available product formula, texture, fragrance, color, application and general performance before requesting customization.
Review a customized or newly developed formula according to the approved brief and provide feedback for feasible adjustments.
Evaluate bottles, jars, pumps, sprayers, compacts, applicators, labels, cartons and assembled packaging presentation.
Confirm the approved formula, packaging, artwork, fill volume and finished appearance before bulk production begins.

What is Kinodin’s minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product, formula, fill volume, packaging and customization level. We review the complete project before confirming the applicable minimum quantity.

Is the MOQ lower for an available formula?
An available formula normally requires less development than a fully custom formula. However, bottles, printing, labels, cartons and other packaging components may still have separate MOQs.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Depending on the project stage, you may request an available product sample, customized formula sample, packaging sample or pre-production sample.

Are samples free?
Sample charges depend on the product, formula, packaging, customization work and shipping method. The applicable sample and courier costs are confirmed before preparation.

Can the MOQ be divided among different shades?
This depends on the product, material preparation, packaging and quantity per shade. Provide the proposed shade distribution so we can evaluate whether it is practical.

How long does sample development take?
Timing depends on sample type, formula complexity, ingredient availability, packaging, testing needs and the number of revisions. An estimated schedule is provided after project review.

What happens after sample approval?
The approved formula, shade, packaging and artwork become the order references. Production planning begins after the commercial terms, specifications and purchase order are confirmed.
