27.5G COTTON FIBERS + DEDICATED HOLD SPRAY

Private Label 27.5g Cotton Hair Fiber & Hold Spray Kit

KINODIN develops private label two-product kits containing one 27.5g cotton hair building fiber bottle and one separately formulated fiber hold spray. Designed for hair-concealer brands, distributors, salons and e-commerce retailers, the kit can include nine standard shade directions, custom color matching, compatible sifter and spray packaging, private label decoration, a coordinated retail box and finished-system quality checks. The bulb-style dry-fiber applicator is not included. The fibers provide temporary cosmetic coverage around existing hair, while the hold spray supports the styling routine; neither product prevents hair loss or stimulates hair growth.

    COMPONENT 2

What Is Included in This Two-Product Kit?

The finished retail concept contains one 27.5g bottle of cotton-derived hair building fibers and one bottle of dedicated fiber hold spray. The fiber bottle uses a controlled sifter and cap. The hold spray uses its own compatible mist pump and protective cap. Both products are presented in a coordinated outer box or insert.

The black bulb-style applicator shown with the former product concept is removed. It should not appear in the updated gallery, product attributes, instructions, carton artwork or component count. The hold spray's normal internal mist pump remains functional, but the retail image should show the bottle closed and capped.

Correct meaning of “2-in-1” On this page, 2-in-1 means two separately manufactured products packed together: dry cotton hair fibers plus liquid fiber hold spray. It does not describe a hybrid cotton/keratin formula or a bottle fitted with a dry-fiber pump applicator.

How This Page Differs from Other Cotton Fiber Products

Page direction Product structure Primary purchasing intent
This page 27.5g cotton fibers + fiber hold spray + retail box Professional/value-size two-step cotton fiber system
15g cotton fiber page One compact 15g sifter bottle Introductory or compact standalone SKU
Plant-based cotton page Cotton-derived fibers; size selected per project Material-based product development
Bulk cotton fiber page Bulk fibers with optional empty components Qualified local filling programs

This page therefore belongs under Cotton Hair Building Fibers. Its size and two-product kit structure prevent it from duplicating the category page or the separate 15g product.

    Cotton-Only Material Positioning

The revised product direction uses processed cotton-derived fibers. Keratin should be removed from the product name, material field, formula, ingredient wording, images, ALT text and structured data after the composition is confirmed. Mixing “cotton/keratin” while calling the same product vegan creates an avoidable contradiction because keratin is commonly animal-derived.

Material review may include supplier identity, complete composition, processing aids, colorants, fiber dimensions, moisture, bulk density, static behavior, flow and batch traceability. Cotton origin supports a plant-based direction, but it does not automatically prove that the finished product is organic, certified vegan, hypoallergenic, biodegradable or environmentally superior.

Why Use a 27.5g Cotton Fiber Bottle?

The 27.5g or 0.97 oz format provides a clear commercial difference from a compact 15g bottle. It can be positioned as a professional, salon, value-size or longer-use retail format without claiming a fixed number of applications. The larger bottle also gives brands more visible shelf presence when paired with a hold spray in a boxed system.

Net weight alone does not determine bottle size. Cotton fibers have their own bulk density, so the internal capacity, headspace, sifter geometry and filling method must be verified with the production-intent material. The finished bottle should be checked for fill consistency, output, closure and transport presentation before the carton insert is finalized.

    Cotton Fiber Specifications and Dispensing

Fiber dimensions influence visual distribution, blending and movement through the sifter. The approved specification should define a realistic length and fineness range together with shade, moisture, bulk density, static behavior and flow. Generic words such as ultra-fine or seamless should not replace measurable production criteria.

The fiber bottle and sifter are evaluated as one system. Sifter-hole pattern, insert fit, bottle fill, headspace and fiber preparation affect dispensing rate and residue around the opening. Samples should therefore be reviewed in the finished 27.5g bottle rather than judging loose bulk fibers alone.

Nine Standard Cotton Fiber Shade Directions

KINODIN's standard planning system contains Black, Dark Brown, Medium Brown, Light Brown, Dark Blonde, Medium Blonde, Light Blonde, Gray and White. A brand may launch a focused shade range or request additional custom tones when physical references, technical feasibility and project quantities allow.

The same commercial shade name may look different on cotton and keratin fibers because the material structure changes light reflection. A shade approved on a keratin product should not automatically become the cotton-fiber production master. KINODIN's hair concealer color matching process uses physical samples to establish depth, undertone and tolerance.

    Dedicated Fiber Hold Spray Development

The second component is a liquid styling spray intended for use after the cotton fibers are applied. Its formula should be reviewed for mist pattern, droplet size, drying, residue, feel, odor, interaction with light and dark fiber shades and compatibility with the selected bottle and pump.

Formula direction, fragrance, alcohol system, film-forming approach, net content and container are confirmed for each project. A change to the formula or pump can affect drying, shine, fiber movement and system performance. The private label hair fiber hold spray page provides more information about the separate styling component.

    Fiber-and-Spray Compatibility

The two components should be evaluated together even though they are manufactured and controlled separately. Compatibility review may cover application sequence, spray distance, pump count, drying time, visible residue, shade movement, appearance, transfer and removal. Representative dark and light fiber shades should be considered because spray residue or shine may appear differently.

Directions should follow the approved system. A typical sequence may involve applying the cotton fibers gradually to clean, dry and styled hair, adjusting visible coverage, then applying a light and even mist of the hold spray from the validated distance. Exact quantities, distance, drying time and warnings must follow the finished-system assessment.

    Performance Testing without “Waterproof” Claims

The former organic, waterproof, long-lasting and all-day wording should be replaced with defined evaluation. The exact fiber-and-spray system may be assessed for humidity, light-moisture exposure, movement or transfer under recorded conditions. Test variables can include fiber amount, spray amount, drying time, hair substrate, temperature, relative humidity, exposure and scoring method.

Results apply only to the tested cotton shade, spray formula, application sequence and conditions. A system that performs acceptably under humidity is not automatically waterproof, rainproof or sweatproof. Public wording should stay within the actual test design and destination-market advertising requirements.

    Coordinated Retail Box and Insert

The outer package should hold one capped 27.5g fiber bottle and one capped fiber hold spray bottle securely. A fitted insert can control movement, separate the products and present the correct application sequence. The front panel may use a concise name such as Hair Fiber & Hold Spray Kit and 2-Step Hair Concealer System.

Carton dimensions should be confirmed from production components rather than image proportions. Bottle labels, carton, insert and shipping case must agree on shade, net contents, component count, directions, warnings, barcode and batch coding. No compartment should be reserved for the removed bulb applicator. Review KINODIN's packaging development service.

Quality Control for Both Products and the Kit

The cotton fibers and hold spray require separate controls before final kit assembly. The assembled retail pack then receives component-count, shade, artwork and integrity checks against the approved master sample.

    Control area Example checks Purpose
Cotton fibers Material identity, composition, shade, dimensions, moisture, density and flow Control the cosmetic coverage component
27.5g fiber bottle Net content, fill variation, headspace, sifter output, closure and coding Verify the professional/value-size retail unit
Hold spray Appearance, odor, fill, spray pattern, pump, closure, stability and packaging compatibility Control the separate styling component
System evaluation Sequence, drying, residue, shade appearance and defined performance tests Support directions and permitted claims
Assembled kit Two-product count, shade ID, labels, insert, carton fit, coding and integrity Release the correct finished SKU

See KINODIN's quality control process for the wider incoming, in-process and finished-product approach.

    Claims and Product Boundaries

Suitable wording may describe temporary cosmetic scalp concealment, the appearance of fuller-looking hair and the hold spray's role in the styling routine. The kit should not claim to treat thinning hair, prevent hair loss, regenerate follicles or stimulate biological growth.

Remove 100% organic, certified vegan, natural and non-allergenic, toxin-free, eco-friendly, completely undetectable, leaves no residue, waterproof, sweatproof, all-day and safe-for-sensitive-scalp wording unless the exact finished products and appropriate evidence support each claim. The new product positioning should be specific and verifiable: cotton-derived fibers, 27.5g net content, dedicated hold spray and coordinated retail packaging.

    Documentation Support

Available documents may include cotton material specifications, composition and colorant information, supplier declarations, hold-spray ingredient information, finished-product specifications, certificates of analysis, safety data information where applicable, packaging specifications, stability records, defined system-test reports and selected quality records.

The document checklist should distinguish the cotton fiber product, the liquid hold spray and the assembled kit. Availability depends on the approved materials, formula, containers and destination market. The customer remains responsible for final trademark, artwork, responsible-party, notification or registration and advertising requirements.

    Samples, MOQ and Lead Time

Sampling should evaluate the cotton material, selected shades, filled 27.5g bottle, sifter output, hold-spray formula, spray bottle and pump, application compatibility and combined retail package. A pre-production kit should show the two approved components, labels, insert and carton.

MOQ depends on fiber preparation, number of shades, quantity per shade, 27.5g bottle, spray formula, spray packaging, decoration, cartons, inserts, system testing and documents. Removing the bulb applicator simplifies the component list but does not remove the packaging minimums for the two finished products. Lead time is confirmed after both products and the artwork are approved. Review KINODIN's MOQ and sampling guidance.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in this kit?

It contains one 27.5g cotton hair building fiber bottle and one separately formulated fiber hold spray in coordinated retail packaging.

Does the kit include the black bulb applicator?

No. The bulb-style dry-fiber applicator and clear nozzle are removed. The hold spray remains in its own normal capped mist-pump bottle.

Are the fibers cotton or keratin?

The revised product direction is cotton-derived fibers. Keratin must be removed after the actual composition is confirmed as cotton-only.

Is the finished kit automatically vegan?

No. Cotton supports a plant-based direction, but a vegan claim requires review of all fibers, colorants, processing inputs and supplier declarations.

Can the hold spray formula and bottle be customized?

Yes. Formula direction, fragrance, pump, bottle, net content and decoration can be evaluated according to the market and project requirements.

How many cotton fiber shades are available?

KINODIN's standard planning system includes nine shade directions. Custom matching can be evaluated using physical reference samples.

    Is the two-product system waterproof?

No universal waterproof claim is made. The exact system can be evaluated under defined humidity, light-moisture or transfer conditions.

Does the kit treat hair loss?

No. It provides temporary cosmetic concealment and styling support and does not prevent shedding, treat alopecia or change hair growth.

    What determines the MOQ?

MOQ depends on cotton fiber preparation, shades, two bottle systems, spray formula, decoration, carton, insert, testing and document requirements.
