Colorants, processing aids, fragrances, cross-contact, packaging and individual sensitivity must be considered. 3. Fiber Length Is Important—but It Is Not a Standalone Quality Grade

Very short material may flow readily but appear flatter or dustier. Sampling should determine the correct balance.

The customer required a compact aerosol product positioned for temporary root touch-ups. Unlike a permanent hair-color treatment, this format is intended for targeted cosmetic coverage between regular coloring sessions. Six-Shade Development
Managing More Than One Generic Brown or Black
A six-shade aerosol range requires more control than a single-color product. Every shade becomes a separate approval reference and production item. Shade identity must remain clear through sampling, order confirmation, packaging preparation and filling so that the correct color is matched with the correct finished presentation.
