Background: When the Refill Becomes the Core Product
Many hair building fiber brands begin with one shaker bottle. It is familiar, easy to display and ready for the consumer to use. However, a mature customer base does not consume fibers at one uniform rate. A person applying a small amount to a parting has a different purchasing pattern from someone covering a larger crown area every day. A barber or another high-frequency user may need substantially more product than either.

The customer in this case recognized that one standard bottle could not efficiently serve every use pattern. Rather than expanding immediately into unrelated formulas, the customer developed a deeper architecture around the existing hero product: cotton-based hair building fibers supplied in a series of refill pouch weights.
